Description Of Work: I had a problem with my HP printer. I could not get an old job out of the HP memory. I called Alex and he came out with in a few days of me calling him. It took him no time what so ever to solve my printer issue. He then spent time with me on how to add pictures to a flash drive memory stick.

Description Of Work: It was a couple of days before Thanksgivivg and my internet went down. I call Cox Communication and they said my modem was working OK and it must be my router. I needed to get my video chat/email working right away so I could communicated with friends and family via the internet.Alex Friedman the owner of Computer Gurus does all service calls and he came out right away.He quickly was able to fix my router. I don't understand routers and stuff but he new exactly what to do. He got me back on line and said, "my router wireless was unsecured". He set up my router so it would be secured, all within the same hour!
Member Comments: Computer Gurus was efficient, polite and focused."I don't trust people working on my computer because of my personal information", I told Alex. He said, "I have a strick policy of customer confidentiality." I could tell this because he did not hesitate when working on my computer and did not make comments of any of my personal settings. He went right to the task at hand and did not stop until the work was done!Alex was very professional and showed respect to my home and family.It gives me peace of mind to know a computer company with integrity I can call on anytime!I will definitely have Computers Gurus again to service my computer.
